because I recently started a new diet. Per doctor's orders I'm now on a reduced gluten diet. I started the 13th and now I can eat: lots of fruits,veges, home cooked meat,no cow's milk and reduced amounts of rice & potatoes. I also completely cut out the diet Coke I used to drink. Thank goodness I can still have natural cocoa for the caffeine I need!

I know it's healthier for me and will help w/any thyroid and shoulder trouble I have. Got to say,though, plain yogurt is nasty. Even the fruit and honey I add doesnt help. I'm supposed to have it for breakfast every day. I'm hoping my doctor will let me replace it with something else..maybe cottage cheese. I love that stuff!
